Welcome to Caversham Bowls Club Ladder. The aim of this ladder is to provide an easy format for players to play singles competitively.

• 3-Bowl Format: Matches are to be played as singles games using 3 woods per player.
• Jack placement: The first jack is to be bowled by the winner of the coin toss. For the remaining ends, the jack will be placed by the winner at their preferred length to enable faster play.
• 10-End Matches: Games are played over a fixed distance of 10 ends.
• Determining the Winner: The player with the highest score after the 10th end wins the match. The winner must enter the score in Wotscore within 24hrs.
• Tie-Breaker Rule: If the score is a draw after 10 ends, the match will continue until one player wins by at least one point.
• Jack Delivery in Extra Ends: For the 11th end, the players must toss a coin to decide who places the jack. For any subsequent extra ends the winner places the jack.

You cannot be challenged if your status is set to 'away'.
The timezone is set to 'GMT-01:00' which will affect the time set in your calendars and emails.
Challenges expire after 7 days after which it is forfeited and the challenger wins the match.
The challenger cannot challenge more than 5 places above their position.
